Come to the library next
Tuesday night, 7/29, at 7pm, to experience our Children’s Author
night. Local authors will visit to share
their books.
You will have a chance to
talk with the authors, buy their books, and have them signed.
You will also be able to enter a raffle for a
prize bag full of fun children’s books.
This event will feature:
Jerry Craft, The Offenders A freak accident gives a diverse group of middle school bullies super powers. But instead of transforming into cool super-beings, they are forced to take on the characteristics of the kids they pick on.
Marilyn Davis, Maddie and Beanie’s Magical Journey
A girl's chance meeting with an abandoned pony is just the start of magical journeys in a fantasy fiction trilogy for ages 9-12. Local author, Marilyn Davis will show a brief video of the rescued pony that was the inspiration for the story.
Gail Gauthier, Saving the planet and stuff
A traditionally published writer will discuss her experience with self-publishing.
Come check out these
authors and learn more about Children’s literature.
